Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD/PhD

  • LAPC's, LSW's, LAMFT's also encouraged to apply!

  • EMDR basic training or certification (preferred but not required)

  • Experience working with trauma, attachment, or mood disorders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently

  • F/T clinicians willing to work at least 20 sessions/week

  • P/T clinicians willing to work at least 25 sessions/month

Compensation & Benefits

  • Generous split model compensation paid as a W-2 or 1099

  • 6 paid days off for full-time employees

  • Healthcare benefits available for full-time W2 clinicians

  • Free clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicians, ongoing FREE EMDR consultation that counts toward your basic training and certification hours

  • Flexible scheduling and hybrid options (EHR and office space provided at the premier Saint Claire Plaza)

  • Administrative support (credentialing, yearly CAQH and portals management, billing, referrals, etc.)- just focus on doing what you do best!

  • Marketing and client acquisition handled by the practice, with a steady stream of referrals

  • Supportive, growth-oriented clinical culture with optional clinical supervision and case review for fully licensed clinicians​​​
